Water Supply

Aquaterra has the resources and experience to manage projects involving industrial, commercial or municipal groundwater supply wells and environmental monitoring, extraction, and/or injection wells.

The process often begins with background research, siting a well or well field and then looking into the geology and hydrogeology of the area.  Next, we develop a testing protocal specific to the case, which may involve installing test wells. Based on what we find, we'll design a production well and help a client move through a permitting process to gain access and permission to use a particular water supply. We follow all requirements to monitor the quality of the water to ensure it stays clean.

We work closely with the local, state, and regional regulatory agencies to develop the best, most efficient, and most cost-effective strategy to meet your project needs.

Meet Solomon - Master mechanic and jack of all trades. Here, he’s building a mount for a 130-Watt solar array to power one of our custom LNAPL (aka oil) pumping systems.

We’ve deployed several of these over the last few years and have found them reliable and efficient. Meaning, they really do pump LNAPL, not groundwater.
