- Ten years of environmental consulting experience.
- Performed and managed complex hydrogeological studies, environmental characterizations, and remediation projects for retail petroleum, terminal, and pipeline facilities as well as commercial, industrial and residential sites.
- Involved in all aspects of project life cycle, including design and implementation of sampling plans, hazardous and non-hazardous waste coordination, design and analysis of aquifer testing, groundwater and contaminant transport modeling, risk analysis and assessment, regulatory and third party negotiation and communication, cost benefit analysis, and regulatory closure.
- Performed and managed numerous Phase I environmental site assessments and Phase II environmental site investigations as part of real estate transfers and divestments.
- Historically responsible for a multimillion dollar portfolio including multiple monitoring and remediation projects, remedial system oversight, regulatory negotiations, risk characterization, site evaluations and regulatory closures.
- Regulatory experience includes environmental investigations, remediation, and/or regulatory project closures for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).
